Switch to the new Hola Wallet
Migrate data from your old Hola Coins account to the new Hola Wallet application.
Important:

Make sure you have access to your registered email address.

Make sure your registered email address receives emails from Hola Wallet.

Make sure you have a valid mobile number.

Make sure you have a valid KYC document. (National ID, Driving license, or Passport)
Step 1
Update your Hola Coins application.
Step 2
Create a new account with the new Hola Wallet application.
Important! use referral code:

You need to create a new account with the Hola Wallet application, because we've changed so many policies like password, 2FA, verification, etc. Use referral code: oldone to create your new account.
Your existing referred by code will be updated automatically once your account is verified.
Step 3
Complete your registration

Verify Email address
Step 4
Complete KYC verification
Enter your KYC details and submit them so we can verify. The verification process could take up to 4 days depending on the volume of signups. But we try to be as fast as possible.
Important:
Before you click submit, please cross-check all your details to make sure you've not made any typing errors. This will speed up your verification process.
If for some reason your account is not approved, the email will mention the possible reason and ask you to make the required changes so we can reverify :).
Step 5
Sit back and relax!
When the verification has been completed, you will receive an email from us approving your account.
After your account has been approved;

Your existing balance will be added to your new wallet.

Your referred by code will be updated to your original code.

You can start using the new Hola Wallet application without any limitations.
