IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY

The Affiliate hereby agrees that the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program ( “Affiliate Conditions”).

The Affiliate Conditions shall be a binding agreement between the Affiliate and Hola Coins, and Hola Coins reserves the right to update the Affiliate Conditions at any time due to the market condition, economic situation, price fluctuation, etc. The Affiliate Conditions may be amended, changed, or updated by Hola Coins at any time and Hola Coins will notify the Affiliate of the subsequent versions of the Affiliate Conditions via online or email notification(s). Please note that after the effective date of any such amendments, changes, or updates, if the Affiliate shall be deemed to have accepted any such subsequent amendments, changes, or updates, by continuing to participate in the Affiliate Program.

Requirements

• Verified Affiliate account.

• A minimum holding of 500 HAC.

• The Affiliate must be a major and must be of full legal capacity under the laws applicable to the Affiliate to participate in the Affiliate Program.

 

 

Rewards

-Trade Commission - 15%

Promote Hola Coins and earn up to 15% from each completed order using your affiliate page.

 

-Referral Program - 5% Extra!

Affiliate members can also participate in the referral program, which allows you to earn extra bonuses.

 

Once your friend completes sign-up with Hola Coins, you get 0.25 HAC.
 

Once your friend completes their first buy order, you will receive 5% of the trade as referral commission and 15% trade commission for using your affiliate page.
 

After the first trade, every time your friends complete their buy order, you will receive 1% of the trade as a referral commission and 15% trade commission for using your affiliate page.

We will provide exclusive education materials for affiliate members to stay ahead of the market.

 

-Priority support

General Terms

All rewards are credited to your Hola Coins wallet within 72 hours.

 

The rewards are given in Hola Coins tokens which can then be exchanged for Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), or other currency.

 

In cases of fraudulent/suspicious activities, Hola Coins solely reserves the right to revoke the offer.

As an affiliate, you are expected to spread positivity.

​

False information or negative publicity will risk you being removed as an affiliate and/or a ban from the Hola Coins network.

 

Hola Coins reserves the right to cancel fraudulently obtained rewards and put restrictions on suspicious accounts as deemed appropriate by our fraud prevention systems.

 

Hola Coins solely reserves the right to change offer terms at any time without prior notice.

Payment details need to be filled in correctly. Any wrong payments made because of incorrectly provided addresses are not the responsibility of Hola Coins and will be your own loss.

 

Hola Coins may, at its sole discretion, modify any percentage at any time, and shall be effective from the fifth day after such modification is communicated online or via email.

 

No Rewards will be paid for (a) invalid Transactions or Transaction carried out by automated methods, robots, or any other activities conducted by machine other than natural person, and/ or (b) Transactions carried out in violation of any provision of these Affiliate Conditions, and/or (c) Transaction(s) that are deemed by Hola Coins as irregular, false or high-risk at Hola Coins’s sole discretion.

 

The Affiliate is solely responsible for the payment of all taxes relating to the Rewards.

 

The Affiliate shall not promote the Hola Coins via spam or unsolicited commercial email. The Affiliate guarantees that all recipients of the emails from the Affiliate have agreed to receive the emails.

 

The Affiliate shall not use, build, or repurpose any website that has a similar look and feel with the official website, or mislead any third person into thinking the Affiliate is representing Hola Coins or is an official partner of Hola Coins.

 

Each Party has the right to terminate this Agreement with a one-month (1-month) prior written notice to the other Party. The Affiliate must cease using the Affiliate Program upon the termination of this agreement.

 

If the Affiliate acts illegally, and/or has in any way breach any of the provision under the Affiliate Conditions, Hola Coins is entitled to terminate this Agreement and/or suspend the Affiliate from the Affiliate Program, with immediate effect by online or email notice from Hola Coins.

 

You’ll also need to make sure you’re following the law. Different countries and states have different legislation. Rules vary by country, so be sure to do your research.
