Listing/Delisting Policy

At Hola Wallet, our goal is to be the most trusted crypto platform. To deliver on this objective, Hola Wallet is committed to protecting customer funds, providing holistic support for our customers, and complying with global regulatory obligations.

Monitor

We constantly monitor all assets on our exchange and may de-list assets if they stop meeting our requirements, or if new information becomes available.

Delisting Policy
Hola Wallet reserves the right to delist any Coin from the Platform for any reason with thirty (30) days prior notification to the Users that possess such Coins on their Platform Accounts.

In order to protect the interests of investors, Hola Wallet reserve the right to keep or remove any tokens from our exchange and notify the delisting via announcement, if project teams trigger the following conditions - including but not limited to:
 

  • Project teams intentionally conceal any major events that may seriously affect the price of tokens.

  • Projects are suspected of illegal and criminal activities such as money laundering, fraud or pyramid scheme.

  • There are other major risks in the projects, such as theft of coins by hackers, concealment of additional issuance and so on, which are sufficient to make the projects have risk events.

  • The daily average transaction volume of tokens is less than 500 USD or other equivalent tokens for more than 30 days.

  • Project teams are suspected of operating the market, and the circumstances are serious.

  • The publicity or marketing conduct of project teams damages the interest of Hola Wallet or the community, and the circumstances are serious.

  • Dissolution or change of project team members.

  • Other circumstances that are sufficient for delisting.

     

COIN LISTING SUSPEND 

In some cases that may potentially bring losses to Hola Wallet and/or users, or in case of any force major Hola Wallet is entitled under its sole discretion to Suspend the Listing of any Coin on the Platform immediately with Users notification.

 

RESPONSIBILITY
Hola Wallet shall bear no responsibility for Delisting or Suspend Listing Coin from the Platform. Hola Wallet shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss.

TAXATION
The User undertakes to pay all of his/her taxes and duties resulting from the use of Hola Wallet Services and should be paid according to the regulations of the User’s jurisdiction of residence.

 

Hola Wallet is not responsible for any violation made by the User due to his/her obligation to calculate and pay taxes and duties.

You agree that you will not:

  • Buy, sell, rent, or lease access to your Account or username without our written permission.

  • Share your Account password with anyone and you must keep your password safe, at all times.

  • Log in or try to log in to access the Service through unauthorized third-party applications or clients.

  • Use your Account for money laundering or for any other illegal activity.

     

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL HOLA WALLET OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFIT OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, PRODUCTS OR THIRD-PARTY SITES AND PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE AND EVEN IF HOLA WALLET OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; OR (B) FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM, DEMAND, OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF THE DELIVERY, USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE. ACCESS TO, AND USE OF, THE SERVICE, PRODUCTS OR THIRD-PARTY SITES, AND PRODUCTS ARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PROJECT, BUSINESS, COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING THEREFROM.

We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline of the Sites, at any time and in our sole discretion.
