Account suspension and termination.

Our Community Guidelines are designed to ensure that our community stays protected. Hola Coins uses an automated system to help us protect the community and our application from fraud.

When an account is suspended

You will be able to use Hola Coins services, but your previous balances/rewards will be put on hold. We will release these rewards only after our detailed verification and it seems legit.

When an account is terminated

You will not be able to use Hola Coins services.

From time to time, due to violations of our User Agreement, Hola Coins may suspend or terminate accounts. This can happen for a number of reasons including, but not limited to,

Policy violation.
Repeated violations of the Hola Coins terms of use.

Violation of One Account Policy.
Hola Coins network has a strict rule of one account per person. Hola Coins uses a multi-pronged strategy to ensure HAC is not earned by fake accounts. 

Invalid account balance.
Account balances obtained fraudulently. 

Unverified referral signups.
Too many unverified (Email) referral signups.

Fake referral signups.
Referral signups include fake email IDs or accounts that were terminated by Hola Coins.

Account created from the same network.
Too many signups from the same network.

Lookalike e-mail Ids.
Referral signups include email IDs that are similar to your account.

Activity which operates to defraud Hola Coins, Hola Coins, or any other person; provide any false, inaccurate, or misleading information to Hola Coins.

Hola Coins Services are being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner. Unauthorized modification or destruction of data.

Illegal activities.
Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.

Abusive Activity.
Actions which impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or detrimentally interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or information; transmit or upload any material to the Site/App that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or deleterious programs; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site/App, other Hola Coins Accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site, through password mining or any other means; use Hola Coins Account information of another party to access or use the Site/App, except in the case of specific merchants and / or applications which are specifically authorised by a user to access such user's Hola Coins Account and information; or transfer your account access or rights to your account to a third party, unless by operation of law or with the express permission of Hola Coins.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the Hola Coins Services and/or deactivate or cancel your Hola Coins Account, without reason by giving you two months’ notice. You acknowledge that our decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your Hola Coins Account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential for the purposes of our risk management and security protocols. You agree that Hola Coins is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you.

How do I get back into my account?

If you believe that your account was suspended/terminated by mistake, you can appeal using the form below.

Our team will perform a review to restore your account.


We strive to investigate all security reports within 20 business days, some cases may require additional time for investigation.

Don’t submit an appeal request more than once. Multiple requests increase the volume to review and cause delays in our response.

Fill out the form as completely as possible. The more information you give us, the easier it will be to process your request.
